How do I get the electric aerial to go down on a Suzuki XL7, 2003?

cant you manually push it down?..if its not a power problem its the clutch inside..

It doesn't push down manually and has never been down since I got the car (second hand). I wanted to go to a drive-through car wash but couldn't do it because of the aerial. Thought there might be a trick or a switch I didn't know about.

Turn the radio off and see if it goes down. Certainly this will only work if you have a power antenna.

Mine unscrews.
