Car randomly loses power

I have a forenza 2006, my car's rpm sign
goes up and down randomly. I can feel the
car losing power and goes back up then
down, turns off occasionally too in fact the
turning off is increasing as time passes. My
question is what could it be, where can i go
to fix it, and an estimate on how much im
looking to pay?

you might need plugs and wires not that expensive to do could possibly have a mis fire.
