4 wheel drive

I have a 94 suburban 1500 4 wheel dr. The other
when i put it in 4 wheel drive, it made noise on the
right side when turning. When i tok it out. No noise.
What is going on?

Noise is rather vague, there are a lot of thing that can make a noise in the front drive system, wheel bearings, axle joints, differential bearings, ring and pinion, spider gears. Just a lot of things to check.
