The computer should have a code, check it with a OB2 scanner

Cleaning of the throttle body as well as the mass air flow sensor was helpful but I feel like it is a temporary fix and replacing one or the other or both is inevitable. Alot of nissan owners have gone through multiple massive amounts of replacing this sensor or that sensor and says it always comes down to the mass air flow sensor.
