Ignition was left on overnight. Now it doesn't crank. What could be wrong?

Ignition was left on. Battery was dead. True
did jumping it off it cranked and ran for 2 or
3 seconds 2 times and now when you turn
the ignition the dash light light up but the
motor doesn't turn over. The ignition fuse
was blown and replaced but still nothing.
Starter was checked and it and the solenoid
are good.

When a car battery is completely drained, it is often ruined. Especially if it's a few years old. Only "deep cycle" batteries are designed for being able to drain and re-charge. Now, on the chance that the battery was not ruined, a dead battery should no be left to be re-charged by the alternator. It will overload the alternator, trying to charge the battery too fast. Always re-charge with a trickle charger first. So.... a couple things might have happened. The alternator fuse in the underhood box blew, or the alternator burned up -- and to state the obvious -- will not charge your battery (If it will even accept a charge)
Now, that's all generic automotive electrical information. But there is another possibility, the anti-theft security system. That needs to be answered by somebody that knows Dodge anti-theft systems, and that I don't know

The alternator is testing good. The interior lights, radio, fan blower all go off briefly when trying to crank it. The dash lights all stay ON. I was also thinking the anti theft could have me locked out.
