Groaning noise with my 1994 Chevy Corsica

This is additional info relative to the groaning problem ....I recently replaced the power
steering unit in hopes that the problem would be fixed.  Didn't make a difference.  Help!

Check fluid..yes, again..in pump reservoir. They self bleed and fluid will drop
