My 2007 Beetle's brake, epc, and airbag lights are on yet the brake fluid is full?

Asked by Camryn Apr 07, 2015 at 05:52 PM about the 2007 Volkswagen Beetle 2.5L

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Today my car started showing the lights on
the dash board showing the airbag check,
on saying epc, and one for brake. I've
checked the brake fluid assuming that's
what it was but it was full. Other problems
include my drivers side headlight often goes
out but if you hit it it comes back on and
today my garage door open which is
connected to the car stopped working.

You should have your Beetle scanned by a dealer or VW specialty shop to determine the fault codes. EPC can often be the brake lamp switch. As for the headlamp, the multi plug connector sometimes doesn't seat properly after bulb replacement, when the lamp assembly is pushed back into the bracket in the fender.
