what would cause water in oil

The water is in the oil on the dipstick

A breakdown of the intake of head gasket, allowing coolant in the water jacket to seep into the oil passages. A crack in the block or head might also leak water into the oil. Do you lose any coolant as well?

Does not overheat and I don't think I'm ever low on coolant. The pcv valve was replaced with A hose and oil is in my intate
