Blowing cold then pulley froze-melted pulleys and serp belt. Is compressor
frozen or just bearings in pulley.

In my opinion compressor pully to be changed, sooner it will stop, if not changed now then it will effect battery and belt and more cost to you, may be you feel sound tik tik from engine.
