First off not to insult your intelligence but there IS coolant in the radiator correct? Also if you dont take the cao off the radiator up top it might create a vaccum type thing. Its like shot gunning a beer. Not much will come out till you crack the seal up top OR there might b so much settlement in the bottom that its being blocked. Try shoving a screw driver up the hole. Thats what i got. Hope it helps.
