it starts and runs good but won't shift

I had a newer town and country that had this problem and it was a computer glitch. You can try disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together to clear out the computer. See if it works after that. If not, check transmission fluid. It could be low. If not, your transmission may need repair or replacement. I always go cheapest, simplest solutions first and if they don't work take it to a professional for help. Good luck!
