turn on key, turn on wiper, listen for motor running,if so broken levers,if not ,help them by moving from blades ,tap on wiper moter with. Wrench,

Js08016/Jim is correct. Heavy snow or ice can overload the wiper motor. Marlea Wilson, GM Customer Service
