MY WIPERS STOPPED WORKING ON MY 2006 BUICK LUCERNE AFTER THEY WERE STUCK WITH SNOW

turn on key, turn on wiper, listen for motor running,if so broken levers,if not ,help them by moving from blades ,tap on wiper moter with. Wrench,
