It could be many things, someone needs to inspect the suspension. If you live in the rust belt, some steel part may have rusted out and the car probably should not be driven at any serious speeds......one possibility is delaminated/tread separated tires, they make more noise and are squirrely

I had rear shocks replaced. Car has auto level control. Still super stiff and hard bounce as the old ones which were found locked up. Could it be that the pump is messed up?
