I pulled the control box out but can't

I can ... If you can follow instructions. How big is the module and do the seats have any other issues like positioning etc? They should be easy to check ... are both seats effected?

Both seats do not heat or cool. The door panel lights up like its working fine. I have pulled the module from under the passenger seat. I opened the box and the board looks fine. No burn marks. The larger cable group has one lead that looks like it got too hot. It has a yellow/grey wire coming from the car.

Can you give me a good close-up of those 4 white cubes ? They look like solid-state high current drivers (IGBT) I need to see the writing on them

The only way this can be repaired is with the OEM schematic and there's no way to get it. If I had the advantage of it being physically at the module I could fix it .. but without a schematic there's not much I can do.
