2007 buick lucerne

Asked by GuruVQ9RB Aug 30, 2018 at 02:59 PM about the 2007 Buick Lucerne CX FWD

I changed the transmission fluid and filter. under the filter there is a black torx
plug that is about the size of a quarter. I thought it was a plug but now I don't
think it was. Backed it out about a half inch before i realized its not a plug. Put
everything back now I have no reverse. Goes forward fine.

WHAT DID YOUR MOTHER ALWAYS SAY, DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING...IT HAS TO GO TO THE TRANNY SHOP....
