2007 Legacy 2.5i Limited 5spd. MT will not shift into gear when car is running, whats the issue?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just replaced the throw out bearing on my '07 Legacy 2.5i Limited. Now that
everything is back together and on the ground, I cannot get the car to shift into gear
once I start it. I can cycle through all the gears when the car is off however perfectly
fine. I can't figure out exactly where my issue is. Has anyone had this problem before?
(Shift Linkage, Air in the Clutch Line, Not enough pressure in the system, fork in the
tranny) I do not know where exactly to look. The fact that it shifts when the car is off
makes me think the linkage is fine. I was wondering if the momentum wasnt being
transferred to the TOB because of a issue with the fork. Or possibly just no pressure or
not enough in the hydraulic clutch line because of air. Can anyone help me with this
issue.

Sounds like your slave cylinder is not operating properly. Did you get all the air out of the system after reinstalling everything?
