I have a 07 Subaru impreza 2.5i and I've been looking into giving it that Subie Rumble lately. I have been thinking about putting on a 3" straight pipe to bring the Subie out but, I'm avoiding trying to make it sound "ricey". I really want to straight pipe it. And I'm aware of how annoying some can get. But i was wondering if I 3" straight pipe my Subie, would i get that Subie Rumble? Or, end up sounding like a "fart-can". Thanks everyone

Yes, a 3' straight pipe is not nessersary a 3" pipe bent up by a muffle shops hydraulic tube bender has (low back pressure) and more resonance. I like Raven Products, be sure to use a perf cat & muffler with matching 3" inlet & outlets too. Tube headers will help also no reducer is nessessary if the hearder collector is 3" too.
