Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Subaru Forrester manual transmition with 119 miles. My breaks got stuck, when the car cools down they release. In the engine there is a part that has a small rounded (spring) that doesn't brings a part back enough for the breaks to release. I push the part with the spring back with my hands and it releases but it keeps happening. Appreciate any advice. thank you.
