Is the water-pump driven by a serpentine Belt (outside the engine) OR driven by a Timing Chain/Belt (inside the engine)? AND, what is the cost (parts & labor) to replace the water pump$

The water pump is driven by the Timing Chain that is inside the engine. To have a garage to do this, it would be about $550, depending of course where you live.
