Asked by Shawn910boi_ Feb 08, 2018 at 07:27 AM about the 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 RWD

Short and sweet...my car cranked up but after 2-3 secs it
shut off ..this happened 3 times (crank then shut off) now
it will not even crank at all..all the lights come on and
battery is good...car just will not crank need help 2007

it may have been a bad sending unit on the fuel pump initially and then your starter decided to quit by pure coincidence , see if the stater is getting power , get it to crank and hook up a fuel pressure tester

Thanks beatupchevy but it was just the key...chip had went bad in key...locksmith program new key me ($120) and she fired right up

you never can tell , i thought if the key/transponder wasn't working it would crank not start , how an electronic signal wears out I don't know , good to hear you figured it out
