Transmission slips sometimes while driving

Will it fix it if I change filter and fluid?

It might if you were low on fluid or had a really dirty filter. It can cost around 140-200 for a fluid and filter change, that usually includes a computer diagnostic check which could uncover a hidden problem like a sticking shift solenoid.
