My 2007 HHR Chevrolet needs a o2 sensor and full body sensor where is it located

Don't understand how  or where the sensors are
located

O2 sensors are on the exhaust system. Not sure what a full body sensor is.

Thanks I'm a female I am thinking maybe this is something I maybe could do myself if it is located in areas where I can get to it
