the same way all fixed windows are replaced- run a string or wire between the gasket and the body, then work it around the perimeter until the gasket comes out- be careful, it's easy to break it- and cut yourself severely- and you will need a new gasket- come to think of it, just take it to a glass shop and give them a few bucks- if you have never done this before, now is NOT the time to start
