2007 uplander not starting it try's to but it just sputters

I checked the fetuses I think it might be the
fuel pump

Yes, it could be a fuel pump, but some fuel pressure test should be done to determine what exactly is wrong so you are not replacing all kinds of parts. At the same time of checking the fuel pressure do a fuel bleed down test by having the key in the off position and watch to see if it hold fuel pressure.
