What could be the problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My vehicle is for some reason struggling to go
uphill on the roads. It doesn't sound or feel odd just
struggles unless I put the pedal nearly to the floor.
Spark plugs, oil,oil filter, and air filter have all just
recently been changed and I cleaned the throttle
body with gm recommended crc throttle body
cleaner. Seems like after 1 issue is fixed another
rises.

No check engine light. I'm just really at a loss with this one. How would I check for a clogged exhaust or catalytic converter?

I agree with Ed if no codes. Muffler shop can do a back pressure test on the Cat. Check fuel pressure for sure, unfortunately in 07, the filter is in the tank and part of the pump unlike earlier years. Also, a failing fan clutch can cause this too, which is pretty common. Is it loud like a plane taking constantly?
