Where is my oil pressure sensor located on my 07 chevy suburban 5.3L engine thanks

It's a sending unit but they also call it a switch because if you lose all oil pressure it shuts off your engine

So are these 2 separate parts, a switch and sender? I have the part in the second photo on order. ...will it fix my problem (no discerning issue other than CE light on and a P0523 code, "engine oil pressure sensor high voltage")
