Might be transmission fluid or power steering fluid and not oil at all. Time to replace the belt and the leak. Was the belt just old or did the tensioner or other component fail?

If it's your serpentine belt it could have who knows maybe it ripped something up when it went bad and you may now have a leaking power steering pump who knows but if it's your timing chain and its engine oil then that could be more serious determine which one it is and let us know good luck.
