2001 saturn sw wagon, turns over but won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Been having a lot of starting problems with this
car. I've replaced the battery, the starter,
temperature sensor, spark plugs, and alternator. I
know it needs a new water pump, but that wouldn't
be the cause of it to not start. I don't know what
esle to do about this car and I need help cause I
don't want to take it back to a shop

Does the fuel pump start running when you turn the key on? Check for both fuel and spark at the engine.
