Car won't start 2001 Saturn a series 5speed

I drove my car earlier and even fill the tank
up wit gas and I jus went to get in n it won't
start the radio and all the lights come on but
the car won't turn over like wen I turn it over
it dnt even make a nosie what could be
wrong plz help me any body I'm screwed
with out this car and dnt hve money to fix it
wat cld I try??

Plz help any opinions can make a difference I'm willing to try anything at this point can't figure out wat is wrong..
