what type of power steering fluid to use in a 2001 Saturn 3 door coupe?

No owner's manual was in the car, nor one provided by dealership when car was purchased.

Regular power steering fluid, available anywhere. You can use Mobil1 Automatic transmission fluid also, especially if you live somewhere it get really cold, like 40 below. The owners manual says use only what they sell at the dealer, but that is only so they can sell it to you. If in doubt technically it says "use only fluid that meets spec 9985010" Just don't buy the crap they sell at the Dollar store. Prestone, Pennziol, or even the store brand at AutoZone is fine. You can download the owners manual if you want to, just Google your car use keywords 2001+Saturn+ S-series+owners+manual and there is a pdf file to download. Print it (if you are willing to use 20 pages of paper and ink) or just save it in your documents for future reference for anything else
