Fuel tank sensor

My service light came on and code
said it was a bad fuel tank sensor
n the i had a leak.  The sensor is a
plug would that cause the leak?

I don't quite understand what do you mean you said the sensor is a plug what does that mean? Are you talking about one of your spark plugs? Several things with the fuel system it could be a fuel injector could be the fuel sending unit in the gas tank? Write back to us and tell us what code that you have and more details please thanks.
