An easy answer is all of those. The rack is always working as well as the pump, a pump going bad might make the rack work a little harder, witch will lead to it going sooner. As well as seals, they all go an any model from every maker, just depends on how soon. Milage, time, dirt, and abuse are all factors. A poop pump will also starve the system, it being the "heart", the hoses are the "veins" the rack being like the "organ". all needs to work together, if one part is weak the rest of the system feels it. Hope this helps.
