My 97 saturn sl2 automatic is low on transmission fluid. It has over 200,000 miles on it. what kind of transmission fluid would be the best for my car?

It should take regular ATF fluid, your choice of brand. While you're at it, though, you should check the fluid that's there- note if there is a burnt smell to it (This means it's time to replace all of it), and make sure it's not leaking anywhere.
