What is wrong with my saturn sl1 1997?

My car will turnover and the fuel pump is
working but the car is not trying to start.
Had a cps sensor go bad bought a new one
and still have the same problem. What is
wrong? Could the cps sensor I bought be
bad?

It's possible the crank sensor is bad. Check fuel and spark. If you're getting either one of those, the ckps is good and you have to look somewhere else.
