White smoke may mean coolant leaking into the combustion chamber. Check the oil dipstick and see if the oil looks clean or like a mix of oil and water. Your head gasket may need replacement.

Sounds like the head gasket is leaking if you have driven it hot have the cylinder head checked by a machine shop they are known to crack pull your oil dipstick and see if its milky looking

Oil is slow drain ing but it's not getting to dip stick. And white smoke is now comi g out of tail pipe. Found oil in first spark plug camber
