1993 saturn not getting power to the fuse for the fuel pump

twin cam replaced the fuel pump hooked everything back up and no power to the pump the fuse is good but it is not getting any power to the fuse when we check it where do we go from here

Also check it with the oil pressure switch made. Cuts pump off with no oil pressure also the roll over switch cuts the pump off too.
