HOW CAN I BYPASS MY THEFT SYSTEM SATURN L200

I just purchased a 2003 Saturn L200.. It has been previously stolen... The
key they used is stuck inside the ignition.. I can wire it to turn over and will
start for about 2 sec but will not actually run because the theft is rightfully
kicking in.. I am wanting to hear it run to see if I junk it or save the car.

Turn the key forward for 10 minutes 3 times. on the last one after 10 minutes turn ITT back and forth till the dash lights up you might have to start it then quickly restart it to get it but it will fire it won't run the best but it will start
