adding coolant

Do I need to add water and coolant  when I
add coolant to my car

Coolant should usually be a 50/50 mix of coolant and distilled water. Parts stores sell a 50/50 pre-mix which is is already mixed for you so that it can just be poured into the reservoir. Walmart has coolant at a good price also. Just read the label to see if it is a 50/50 mix or not.
