2002 Saturn L200 no back lights

I bought my car 2 weeks ago and I have no back
lights because someone rewired my car for a
trailer. They spliced the wires and removed the
harness to passenger side completely. I have new
harnesses and repaired all wires. All fuses have
been checked. But I still have no lights. Any ideas
PLEASE...

I looked into it further and they not only spliced the wires, they removed the wire harnesses on both sides. I have since replaced both harnesses and now have functioning rear lights. It just goes to show that you have to check absolutely everything when purchasing a car.
