Do anyone know what is the easiest way to
get to PCM/ECM behind passenger glove
compartment?

Can't speak for everyone else but after a thorough diagnosis checking starter circuit system, gas, and spark. Found out my car PCM is not sending proper signal to fuel injector to assist in creating spark in combustion system...6mths of replacing everything else but PCM... still need my original question address if anyone knows the answer

Crank but no start. Trying to see if anyone ever replace a PCM for an 2001 Saturn L200 4dr sedan and if so can they give me the steps for that repair

when you crank it over does it crank normal or does it sound odd? what motor do you have?

Yes it crank normally, I am getting no spark in my combustion chamber system. As I stated earlier in forum, I know what's wrong just trying to get advice on replacing part
