Car turns but wont start without getting a jump

A couple weeks ive had  trouble starting
car. I have to give it a lil gas then itd start.
Seemed like i have lack of power. Now its
not starting at all unless i get a jump.

Most likely the Alternator however, it could be the battery. I have worked on a ton of Saturns, and cars in general, and the car has electronic fuel injection if the alternator is shot, the car cannot even keep itself running. I would pull both and take them to a local Auto Zone or Parts Store. They will be able to tell you which one (or both perhaps) that need replacing.

So i have to remove them from the car to have them tested? I cant just drive it there and test them without taking them off??

I am sorry Stacey, I misunderstood you, I thought you stated the car wouldn't stay running. They can test them in the car, if you are able to get it down there! Sorry for the confusion!
