No power to fuel pump or sending unit

How do troubleshoot electrical power to the fuel pump, fuses good, no bad connections or grounds.

Note the diagram, you see the fuel pump relay, you can see the fuse, top of diagram. You can see other fuse, in the diagram, under fuel pump relay, 10 amp fuse. Not only check fuses, use a test light and check voltage on fuse circuit. At the fuwel pump, gray wire is voltage, black wire is ground, check them both. I need to ask, are you missing anything else? Engine cranking, you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes?

also check the power at the pump also..if it has power the pump is gone...

Checked fuses and relays, both good and have power there. Pulled the fuel tank and checked the fuel pump and sending unit, they are both good just no power to them. Engine cranks fine just no fuel. No other problems that I can tell. The code reader port powered up the code reader but no codes. Is there a logical power path to chase and find where the bust is. BCM ?
