Radiator had a leak, replaced the radiator, heater has heat,
but runs hot,  I blead, the air out,  butover heats still, could
the a/c have anthing to fo with it, or the color of the
coolant?

what color is the coolant ? it carries contaminates and should be changed like oil when dirty , see if the thermostat is opening in a pan of hot water or replace it , see if the coolant fans are coming on when it gets hot , they come on when A/C is on in some vehicles
