LOSING WATER WITHOUT STARTING CAR

I fill up water in radiator cap and in about 30 minutes its gone. Cant find any external leaks
but there is water under internal carpet

My 2002 are leaking and I was told it is lower thermostat cover is crack they will have to get one off another car because you can not by they part but the upper was change but it's the lower one that's cracked
