Whats making my passenger floor board wet. I changed the heater core.plus its a drang when i crank up

I have a 95 ss impala i changed the
heater core an its still leaking on my
passenger floor. Plus when i crank up it
drangs instead firing right up

if you are leaking coolant, then the person who did the heater core most likely didn't do it correctly. if you are leaking water, your evap line might just be clogged
