Is it possible to do a transmission swap to a 2006 Kia Sorento LX?

I want to swap my transmission to manual transmission. Although other parts
and functions of the car are okay, I just want to know if it's possible and at
what cost. Also, I don't want to lose the 4x4 function of the car. Thanks.
