2006 Kia Sorento Water Leak

Water is leaking from the area that is circled on the
attached picture.  Can you tell me what this is and
how to fix it?

The part under the circled bolt is the water pump. The water pump gasket or the pump itself may have an issue. Disassembly would be required to properly diagnose.
