How to reset security system on 95 Camaro. 3.8 v6

When I turn key on. Everything works except
the car won't even turn over. All the ideit
lights come on. And the security lights won't  
turn off? Even when I press the buttons
.what can I do

forget the security for now , unless you have another aftermarket type that is butchered into the system, check fuses, bat connections ,ground to engine wire, and 12 volt to solenoid on top of starter when key turned to crank, or better yet hot wire thin wire on solenoid at starter for crank. make car is in park or it may start and run away,,,,,,,
