I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer ls . Changed fuel
pump and filter. And no start. It sounds like it
want to but won't

Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. If you have the spider fuel system, it is noted for problems. How long since a tune-up? Can you check to see if system is running rich or lean?

Battery has a full charge? It appears you have tbi fuel system. The fuel pressure for that system is 9--13 psi. Usually with that system, you can see fuel injector spray pattern in the throttle body. Engine cranking, can you see the spray pattern? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? If you stay on the same post, it would be helpful.
