where is the fuel injector located on a 1995 chevy berretta

Asked by 39 Jul 17, 2013 at 05:57 PM about the 1995 Chevrolet Beretta FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the car turns over fast when you try to start it but still wont start. I can smell gas coming from the tailpipe and under the hood. I had just got gas from bp in Memphis.

Okay, you have a pressurized fuel rail with six injectors...it is possible that your fuel pressure regulator is torn and is sucking liquid gas in through the vacuum line....just one theory...

besides NO regulation at all and will run full spout unless something of a regulator is there pressurizing the fuel rail with full force...that's my theory and I'm stickin' to it~
